Refund policy

This is our Cancellation & Refund Policy, setting out how cancellations, amendments and refunds are handled for all Peak Pawformance bookings.

Venue Hire

Hourly hire and Evening hire bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the hire time may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the hire time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Half and Full day venue hire bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

Events & Workshops

Event bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

Cancellations by Peak Pawformance

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, safety concerns or venue maintenance. In such circumstances, an alternative date or credit will be offered.
