Terms of service

By booking and using Peak Pawformance, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

1.1 All bookings must be made through the Peak Pawformance booking system.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
1.4 Peak Pawformance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking.

2. Cancellations & Amendments

2.1 Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the hire time may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
2.2 Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the hire time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.3 Peak Pawformance reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, safety concerns or venue maintenance. In such circumstances, an alternative date or credit will be offered.

3. Use of the Venue

3.1 The venue may only be used during the time booked.
3.2 Hirers must vacate the arena promptly at the end of their session to allow access for the next user.
3.3 Only the areas included within the booking may be used.
3.4 Hirers must leave the venue clean and tidy.

4. Dogs

4.1 All dogs attending the venue must be fit, healthy and free from contagious illness.
4.2 Dogs showing signs of sickness, diarrhoea, kennel cough or other infectious conditions must not attend.
4.3 Dogs must remain under control at all times.
4.4 Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs immediately following cleaning instructions given in the arenas.

4.6 Dogs must not be left unattended anywhere on site.
4.7 Peak Pawformance reserves the right to require the removal of any dog displaying dangerous or aggressive behaviour.

5. Equipment

5.1 Equipment is used entirely at the hirer's own risk.
5.2 Equipment must be treated with care and used only for its intended purpose.
5.3 Contact equipment, weave poles and tunnels must not be moved, repositioned, dismantled or adjusted by hirers unless prior permission has been obtained from Peak Pawformance.
5.4 Jumps may be moved and adjusted as required during the hire period.
5.5 Any additional equipment left out at the end of the hire period may result in additional charges being applied.
5.6 Any damage to equipment, buildings, fencing, arena surfaces or other facilities caused by the hirer, their guests or dogs may be charged to the hirer.
5.7 Any damaged equipment must be reported to Peak Pawformance immediately.

6. Arena Rules

6.1 Only clean footwear may be used on indoor Juta arena surface. Shoes must be changed before entering on to the grass.
6.2 Smoking, vaping and chewing gum are prohibited within the arenas.
6.3 Glass containers are not permitted within training areas.
6.4 Any dog fouling within the arena must be cleaned immediately following instructions given.
6.5 Hirers must report any damage, spillages or safety concerns.

7. Children

7.1 Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
7.2 Children must not play on agility equipment or within training areas unless participating in a supervised activity.

8. Vehicles

8.1 Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.
8.2 Speed limits and parking instructions must be observed at all times.
8.3 Peak Pawformance accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

9. Welfare Standards

9.1 Peak Pawformance promotes kind, fair and welfare-focused dog training.
9.2 The use of prong collars, electronic collars, shock collars or any equipment designed to cause pain, fear or discomfort is prohibited.
9.3 Peak Pawformance reserves the right to terminate any booking where handling methods are considered unsafe or detrimental to dog welfare.

10. Liability

10.1 Use of the venue is entirely at the hirer's own risk.
10.2 Peak Pawformance accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, damage or death suffered by any person, dog, vehicle or property whilst using the venue.
10.3 Hirers remain responsible for the actions of themselves, their dogs and any guests attending with them.

11. Photography & Social Media

11.1 Peak Pawformance may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
11.2 By attending the venue, you consent to the possibility of being included in such material unless you advise us otherwise.

12. Right to Refuse Access

12.1 Peak Pawformance reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking without refund where a person is behaving in an unsafe, abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner.
12.2 Peak Pawformance reserves the right to refuse access where these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

13. Acceptance

By making a booking and entering the venue, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
